Development 65 identifies properties for redevelopment or ground up development in multifamily and senior living asset classes. Although we have experience in office and industrial asset classes, our direct focus and specialty is on building supply for the ever increasing housing demand, especially in senior living.


We can enter the development pipeline at the earliest stages of conceptualization or in later stages by joining other developers to complete projects.
