On April 25, 2019, we finally reached the table with both lenders to sign loan documents. We have been working on Portland Commons for many years so this day represented many things to us. First, it represented that Portland Commons would be built and all of our work would enable us to create something we both strongly believe in. Second, this day represents the high level of confidence that the lenders, the city, and investors put in us; a confidence we work diligently everyday to justify. Finally, this day represents the fact that soon the seniors of Bloomington, Minnesota and the surrounding area will have a place to call home. This day was both rewarding and exciting for us. Now the fun begins.
